How do I book a party?

Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is recommended that you book your party at least three weeks in advance. A $70 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours from time of booking in order to reserve your party date and time. The final balance is due one week before your scheduled party. All payments can be made through Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.

Do characters accept gratuities?
Absolutely! Gratuity is always extremely appreciated but never expected. Our performers are very well-trained and do everything they can to ensure a magical party for your little princess. Tips can be given discreetly, directly to the princess attendant on the day of your party.
What do I do if I need to Cancel/reschedule?
Parties cancelled due to severe weather and unforeseen circumstances or illness can be rescheduled up to 2 months from the original booking based on availability. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancelling without rescheduling a new party date, a refund will be issued, minus the deposit. If cancelling by telephone, the client must also verify cancellation by dated mail or email.
What are your travel fees?
Parties located up to 20 miles away from Castle Headquarters, located in Grand Prairie, TX, will incur no additional travel fee. Parties located anywhere from 21-40 miles away are required to pay a $25 travel fee. Parties located 40-60 miles away require a $55 travel fee. Parties located over 60 miles away must call for pricing. Mileage is calculated using Google Maps.
Does my party have to be at my home?
Absolutely not! We can travel to whatever venue you choose. If booking an outdoor location, please be mindful of weather conditions and have a back-up plan in case of inclement weather. We will not perform outdoors in temperatures below 60-degrees Fahrenheit and over 85-degrees Fahrenheit.
What is your weather policy?
If the party is located outdoors, the area must be clean and shaded without dirt and mud. In the event of inclement weather, the client is responsible in providing an alternate indoor location. If the client is unable to provide said location, the party will be cancelled without refund of deposit. Our performers reserve the right to leave if subjected to rainy or windy conditions that are damaging to costumes and wigs. We will not perform outdoors in temperatures exceeding 85-degrees Fahrenheit or temperatures that fall below 60-degrees Fahrenheit.
What are your COVID-19 Policies?
Prior to parties, please ensure all guests are in good health and have not been experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. We ask that all guests wash their hands; our performers will do the same. All party supplies will be sanitized and cleaned before each event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We will get through this together!
